Middleton, MA January 16, 2026 — The Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) Integrated Home Competition, a high-performance product contest, is seeking innovative entries to their 2026 Competition. The Competition identifies and elevates innovative residential end-use products that deliver energy savings and automated load management while meeting consumer expectations. What You Win
The Integrated Home Competition rewards manufacturers of solutions that advance the CEE Integrated Home vision. Award winners receive recognition through webinars, press releases to consumer and trade publications, a feature on the Integrated Home Competition website, speaking opportunities and presence at key industry events, and additional promotion by Competition Sponsors. CEE member efficiency program administrators may also recommend winning products to their customers and contractors or consider it for inclusion in utility programs or pilots. All entrants receive insight and direction from an expert panel of judges.
Eligible Product Categories
Residential end uses covered in the 2026 Competition span electric and natural gas fuel sources. Eligible products include whole home energy management solutions, HVAC and water heating equipment, thermostats, electric vehicle supply equipment, pool pumps, and any other connected home devices that deliver positive consumer experiences, energy savings, and load management capabilities.
The Evaluation Process
Products are assessed by a Judging Panel comprised of individuals with expertise in usability, interoperability, IDSM program administration, product or system installation, and specific technology performance.
